Honestly, I don't think subin is ready for any sort of relationship. He could do better with some time off away from everyone, hyunwoo and hyung. They all have their baggage and that baggage needs to be dealt with if any of them want a moderately healthy relationship. I like all of them and don't believe there will ever be a picture perfect couple but with the way this season left off, it only makes me worried for what's to come

I read this yaoi where the seme and uke don't end up together. The seme had a crush on this other female sunbae, lived together with the uke and was returning from the army at the start of the manhwa. Eventually after pining after the seme for ages the uke gives up on him and moves out to the second lead's home and they end up together at the end. But the seme actually falls in love with uke by this time but never acts on it and just lives on with the unrequited love

Think abt it from Alex's perspective too. He has problems too, but arguably he is the one who has made more substantial development. And, in this very case, he did ask and initiate conversation with Cole about the issue. And let's be fair both of them were as far as we see not willing to understand the other, more so on Cole's case (his narrative is what we see) because all throughout his monologue he hasn't tried to understand Alex either, in this issue.
Alex didn't say Cole's opinion was unnecessary because he meant it and Cole's argument has weight but the reason why Alex got pissed is because Cole doesn't mean that argument, his problem isn't that, it's that he doesn't want to let go Alex in any way.
