This completely redeemed itself in my eyes. The ending literally had me in tears.
I thought this was going to be another Stockholm syndrome case, but in fact, it was a sad yet beautiful story. I personally felt that all characters, albeit some absolutely horrifying, had a reason behind their actions.
I’m glad that most of the characters reconciled with each other.
