It's Tohjoh Asami's art. I've done some research on that and found this http://dx.blgl8.com/comic-i/blgl31217/ However the cover art is not really connected to the story (it's ike cosplay or sth ^^). Yamane Ayano and some other mangaka (I don't remember the name though) made similar covers, so I think it was just for fun?

Kindly help this yaoi manga keep popping in my mind....its a highschool setup the main char is a student council president inlove w/ his secretary named ritsu if i remember correctly and theres some cosplay going on then something like ritsu is a judo player that is much as i remember from the story....just want to know the title i want to read it again...Thanks a bunch
