essentially, rourou is the one who gave yuan's baby the nickname "bighead" thus he is the only person who can name him now. it's a big deal tho because according to the grandpa, yuan was never supposed to have a child, adopted or otherwise. but because rourou is special and has some sort of power, he was able to change the fate of yuan's baby, allowing it to exist. rourou and bighead's fates are now intertwined, and rourou has to be the one to guide the baby through life.
