It's a BL manga and all I can remember is that the seme is a famous painter and he has a really pretty house and there is a big frame covered with a sheet in the living room I guess he was finishing so he didn't want anyone to see it and later he reveals it to the uke and I remember that it was very emotional and pretty I need to find this manga pleeeeease (T-T)

in the manga there's a scene where the seme who loves cute things (or is something like disney or stuffed toy I don't remember exactly) take his boyfriend to a themed amusement park and they ended up having sex on a bed with an enormous stuffed bear I guess, and the seme asks him to hold onto the bear while doing it!!!
