Your points are valid but this alongside many other yaoi manga are pornos and they need to short but filled with sex scenes because that's how they're meant to be structured. You seldom see yaoi without any sexual interactions in the first chapter because they're well, pornos. People also mostly read them for the sexual stuff. Authors will throw away logic in their stories to make that happen. Also this is fiction and you shouldn't bother applying real life logic to it and just enjoy the ride, because if not you're gonna make your head hurt getting frustrated with the logic of not just yaoi but hentai as well
