i liked that it had a very deep and realistic commentary on rape, abuse, and trauma as a result. chiwoo finally got away from his abuser in the end, and his abuser never got any form of undeserved forgiveness or redemption. the emotions were strong and i got sucked in almost immediately, very good read.
