This is one big misunderstanding/miscommunication mess
I don't entirely think the rash and the sovie are trashes. They're both idiots for making their own conclusions and making actions due to a cause they made themselves to believe. The Empress isn't at fault but.. I do wish she expressed herself more, esp when she's surrounded by idiots.
