I think it has to do with their ability to follow the goddesses commands. People who would oppose her might be cast out??
that kinda make sense why the monsters have golden eyes now, if those monsters actually serve the goddess to make the world inhabitants obey her maybe
Don't forget that she also doesn't have any skills unlike the other S-Ranks. More than likely, the higher their morality the harder it is to learn skills.
I feel like the "goddess" is actually the source of evil, and the S-rankers have golden aura because their nature/power is closest to her, and then the MC was cast aside because his power is on The opposite spectrum of what the "goddess" wanted and thus, threw him away.
Tho this theory doesn't make much sense if you think about the 2 S-rank girlies, since one is shrewd, but not necessarily evil, and the other is such a good girl to the point of stupidity
