I'm pretty depressed yourself, but I think if you can change or do 1 thing a day it'll help you get out of your funk. It doesn't have to be anything big, like make your bed, brush your teeth, take a shower, force yourself to do things that will become habitual, then when it is, and it's no longer you having to force yourself to do those things, then you go on to new things to do that'll help. Like, maybe decide to do some home exercises every day (not a lot just a few sets or what you can manage). Then, try to learn something new, maybe you wanna learn Spanish. Try out VR chat, and start talking to some people.

Its so hard to change your mindset, one thing you decide to change and yet, you dont know your just going on circles, you go back to being depress
