I think so?? Although so far, as of chapter 42, it’s been more of the readers (and the characters) shipping Hiyakawa and Mikado rather than them actually being flirty with each other. It does appear to be heading in that direction, tho

it's clear there is love between the two, but whether it will eventually become romantic or not is left up to the reader's imagination. Still a great read about love between all kinds of different people (parents- children- friends, etc.). It's an emotional and satisfying ending, tho the bl-lover in me was disappointed there was no steamy romance. ;P
