First I'd like to say, I get Morandi for wanting to get the revenge for the 400 years of solitude he went through. But after reading so many plots about revenge, unless the person is dead, they always find themselves back and ready to make more trouble. So personally I'm happy she's dead. Like can't get back from that, unless author gonna go crazy and reincarnate her with her memories intact or something. It's one problem down. Now they just need to deal with Sea, then they good. Unless more meddlers come, all the two MLs need to do is get a bit more lovey dovey. Meddlers can be good but when one problem is solved it's nice if it STAYS solved, and I've read to much to think letting her be alive at the bottom of the ocean is good. Like sure, it's satisfying with the payback, but the miniscule chance of her possibly coming back before the 400 years of solitude is up, just gives me anxiety for all the different kinds or "revenge" she'd give back.
