In the end, the monarchs will all attack earth, and humans are on the brink of extinction. jinwoo will fight with the strongest monarch the dragon monarch.. He connived with the rulers ( rulers are like 'lets say angels of god the true ruler/creator) in the climax,. jinwoo almost died at the hands of the dragon monarch but the rulers came and help him.. the rulers wanted to thank jinwoo for eliminating all monarchs, so jinwoo wished to use a godly tool that can rewind time.. (this tool has been used for many times, the ruins that jinwoo saw in the demon king baran dungeon is actually a "like replica of the ruined earth before the rulers rewind the time again and again and again before they decided to help earth and grant them the powers to become hunters, so they can protect earth instead.. but because of this, the said tool is on its last leg, meaning to say one more use and it will become useless.) so rulers asked jinwoo one more time if he really wanted to rewind time from when before the monarchs and the abilities of hunters surface the earth. and he said yes.. yes because he wanted to save all humans not just the humans that remained after almost on the brink of extinction, he wanted to revive his dead father, chairman gu of the association and others who died because of the conflict.. but the downside is, all memories of monsters, gates, monarchs and being hunters, will all be erase and no one will remember that humanity once on a brink of extinction.. including their memories of jinwoo 'the strongest hunter in the whole world".. everything will become "normal" again.. Jinwoo is planning to fight the incoming monarchs on the void or the gap between the monarchs dimension and earth.. he wanted to fight all of them before they reach the earth's dimension and send monsters, all by himself.. he wanted to intervene so that no harm will come to earth and that no love ones will die.. so the rulers rewind time and that's what happened. everyone forgot everything.. no one has the hunters ability.. only jinwoo's remained.. he then fought for 28 years? yeah somewhere 28years on the "gap dimension".. by the time he returned to earth only 2 years had passed by..and the once hunters who fought by his side no longer remember jinwoo.. he became a student again..

in the side story, its where different POV's of other characters were.. like beru and others.. this will also show us that he married haein and will have a son who also inherited his shadow power.. the two will fought monsters that plans to attack earth..
