with story theory yes the end should be in the main plot. but i can also see why its on a extra, because they may not be part of the main story but it helps add depth.

Is this really chapter 13.5 ? Aren't ( .5) chapters supposed to be extras and usually don't actively drive the plot forward? But the looming figure at the end suggests otherwise
