Stop deluding yourself. The fact of the matter is Jooin did not consider it rape at any time. He was lusting after Yawhi for ages. He wanted to sleep with him. Therefore not rape. And again, why is that considered "rape" but Jooin sleeping with Yahwi while he was drunk is not

Yeah, yeah I get it. But it's more about the moral. What if he hadn't been fine with it? I mean clearly he was interested but that gave him still no right to touch him while he was black out drunk? He didn't know 100% if he were fine with it at the end because there wasn't any consent giving. My problem was more that he actually tried doing that to someone before knowing they would have been okay with it. If it's rape or not that you can see for yourself however you want.
That's like saying people who are drunk can't ever have sex without it being "rape". That's just riduclous. I do think should never have sex with someone who is drunk as it's a huge risk, but it's totally up to the drunk person whether they considered it rape. You can't tell someone they were raped when they don't believe they were. And Jooin never considered it as such, which is why it was never addressed. So please let's move on.
It was rape because Jooin could not consent to having sex with Yahwi and Yahwi knew Jooin was drunk. Not only was Jooin drunk he was asleep. Later on in the story Jooin confronts Yahwi about this and Yahwi blames Jooin for not remembering and saying he should have saw it coming. Even if it isn’t considered r*pe (I think it is) it was still very fucked up of Yahwi.

It was rape because Jooin was OBVIOUSLY intoxicated and Yahwi knew that. Jooin said multiple times that the “DREAM” felt so real and Yahwi continued anyway. When Jooin woke up he thought it was a dream and it wasnt. When he finally asked Yahwi he was extremely upset to the point he was tearing up. So tell me of Jooin sounded happy about that, if you want ill give you the chapters where he says that :)
