I'm not sure if the usual seme jumping on uke is actually rape -- but I understand exactly what you mean :) The relationship in Ch6 is really dysfunctional. It's crazy to me that Chiaki would force the uke, when asking first would have worked fine. I guess that Chiaki finally fell for him in the end, writing his name on the wall.
