Can someone help me remember this manga? It was a shoujo, one of those super dramatic ones set in high-school.
The girl was really nerdy and the guy helped her get a make over, but when she confessed her love he completely did a 180 and stopped paying attention to her because of some trauma he had as a kid. It was something he did (I think) he'd go for the nerdy girls and then stop hanging out with them if they fell for him
