Hawks had his wings burned off by Dabi. He's unconscious, but Tokoyami carried him to safety. Dabi revealed his true identity on national television, told everyone about how Endeavor abused his wife and children. He also shared footage of Hawks killing Twice. Seems that his goal is to destroy hero industry, make people believe that heroes does not care about anyone except themselves and are dangerous to civilians.
