Hehe, well I don't have any sleep medicine sice I can't take them anyway because I take other medicines that I need to take and medicne is expensive too!

EH, well I would not recommend it anyway - at one point I was taking 5 pills a night and still not sleeping - personally I would rather be sleep deprived than have to try that again. I find that just getting out of bed and doing something quiet - like reading for a while - works better anyway. (but according to research - you need to stay away from electronics - the light mimics daylight and resets your internal clocks) Good luck in getting to sleep ...
