Bruh i cried just from reading this comment so now i have to go read that and cry some more
This manga was about a sick uke that was living with a possessive seme. The uke needed a bone marrow transplant, but he never told the seme about it because he knew that the seme was cheating on him. Then he left the house and moved to a "friend's" house where he lived his last days happy, in the end the uke died and the seme was sad when he found out.
