Hi! I am searching for a yaoi/shounen ai (I don't remember the genre) manga about a homophobic uke (he was bullied by other guys, that's why he hates gays) and a cute seme. They were childhood friends and the seme confessed his love for his friend in a hospital (he had an accident while he was trying to save his little sister) when he thought that he was just dreaming. First the uke was freaking out but somehow they ended up together.... I don't remember what happened.
