You would have reacted the same.if my best friend starts dating my sis I would get angry too at first but after I cooldown I would have ask them why they didn't tell me. It will felt betraying on my best friend's part Coz we share everything but she didnt told me
that felt really anticlimactic because the way he reacted it was obviously more than him just being petty but wtever maybe the author didn't want to deal with it
