Well true, but it's still not a common scene. End result was they didn't have sex. It would have been better if they talked it out but removing yourself to calm down was also good. Other yaoi mangas have the couple have sex but without a partner being completely comfortable with the situation or in other words: rape. It's not a narrative I like seeing play over and over again.
yea, rape blooming into love is just so overdone... and remind me of bad tv drama LOL, we really need more fluffy couple like this. can't really expect Mashiro to talk about his issue when he lived all his life killing off his emotion and pretending to be fine, though maybe now he can do it since he finally broke down in the last chapter.
I think this is the only yaoi manga I've read that had someone refuse sex and the other person respected them. I mean, there must be others like this, I just can't remember. It's refreshing. I just wish the uke wouldn't get insecure about speaking his mind about not wanting sex. But since that is their character to do, it's predictable.
