Messed up but good story nevertheless

I also don't like rape and toxic relationship in BL. However, some of the BL you use as example aren't romance but psychological drama such as POTN and Killing staling(although it's not a BL). Psychological does not try to justify toxic relationship like so many BL does. They are just depicting toxic character and their development. They are NOT trying to justify their behavior like romance does. I do agree that a lot of romance are wrongly tag as psychological. In romance they depicts toxic characters and justify their behavior with "he was just misunderstood" or "they did this because they love her" or the typical "he had a tragic past", in psychological, the character's sad back story to explain their behavior not to justify them.

However, I do agree that popular psychological drama stories have shitty fans who try to justify the character's behaviors but it is generally not the intention of the author. Those fans are also consuming their media wrongly, they view psychological stories as romance. Killing Stalking is not a BL it's a psychological horror and the author hates it when people assume KS is a BL. POTN is not a romance, it's the story of a sociopath's obsession for a painter. Seungho is not a good person, he is not gonna do a 180 degree change for Nakyum and they aren't gonna end up in a fluffy relationship at the end.

Anyway. I'll take GL recommendation
