A lot of times when you read manga the translation groups will have advertisements of spots they need or at least have their content somewhere (like an email). Srry Not very helpful lol, but just keep and eye out :)
go to mangad3x replace the 3 with e, and search for manga you like and click on the group that uploads it ( it’s underneath the chapter number) and it should lead you to their page where there is a section called group info that should have links. they should have an email and discord link but I recommend you use the discord one. if you have any questions just ask!
