point taken, but i guess i've read quite a few yakuza stories where there is still a code of conduct, pride and honor. maybe good isn't the right word...dignified maybe? stooping to gang rape is sooo slimy. i would've been able to cope with him wanting to shoot him or something.
yea, that was...gory (at least we didn't see it). good isn't the right word. i felt he wasn't justified in his actions. yakuza use the tit for tat reasoning, so unless the guy who got killed was gang raped, why go that route? i just think rape is so distasteful (understatement, i know).
minus the near rape in chap 1. kinda hard to get over, and difficult to see touji as a good guy after that. :/ physically tho, i'll admit he's handsome.
