I think so too. Also, we know Nakyum is missing a hat, scraf and one shoe. We don't know where thore currently are, and might as well be somewhere in that shed. But what if he lost one of these items on the way? Though I think it would be too simple. We wouldn't have such a strong build up with Jihwa, just to have them discovered because of the lost shoe. I think the person who will set the next course of action is most likely Jihwa.
We all know Seungho is smart as hell. The two times that Nakyum tried to run away, he always took his drawing bag. Even if he didn't leave a shoe or anything like that, he's an artist, he will not leave the drawing bag.
