Somehow I think his brother knew how he felt right from the start and accepted this.
As usual, socially-handicapped teen LWJ treating WWX like he's an eyesore. And then, people keep calling my son dumb and wonder why he thought LWJ hated him until he died.
A reminder that as viewers/readers, we know LWJ's true feelings toward WWX but he? seriously how could you guess it was love? Irl, if someone acted cold & bitchy like LWJ, you would think the same.
Their relationship was so bad viewed by outsiders, that rumors rapidly spread that LWJ hated WWX, and LWJ never refuted them. And when he became YL, their interactions kept getting worse & worse, arguing over the same things because of LWJ unable to correctly phrase his feelings & WWX believing those rumors reinforced by all the memories he had of LWJ.
