they're both great stories with a good plot, but I think you should read cherry blossoms after winter first
here's a short description of both of them (no spoilers) to help u choose
cherry blossoms after winter: two childhood friends who drifted apart after living in one household. during their last year of high school they finally get a class together and with certain circumstances they get close again. (it has 4 seasons, it is very fluffy during the first 2 seasons. after that there's a lot of smut;)))
sign: a guy starts working at a coffee shop. he later finds out his manager is deaf and starts wanting to learn sign language. little did he know that he would start having a voice fetish once he heard his manager speak to him for the first time (a lot of smut lol)
