yea. If you get into this mangaka it's something you'll have to get used to. Even 30 year old ukes look like toddlers in the hands of Kotetsuko sensei xD
LOL I don't "get into" mangaka, I try to diversify my reading as much as possible. That's not to say I don't have a few favorites.
I love Ayase from Okane ga Nai, so shota isn't a problem for me. I think it's because other characters appear older, but the uke remains looking like a child. Even Ayase grows a little taller over the course of Okane ga Nai and he's written as 19-22. I liked this story a lot, I guess I was expecting to see a change and was disappointed when it didn't happen.
I'm not a fan of Okane ga Nai... i've gotten used to the whole "romanticizing rape" in yaoi but I just can't seem to get into that story
The first three yaoi I ever read were Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, Junjou Romantica and Okane ga Nai. So, I have a soft spot for it. LOL I also love Ayase's clothes.
You have me there. Ayase is always dressed like a cute little angel(⌒▽⌒)... and Junjou Romantica was my first yaoi too, so I can understand having a soft spot for it.
...I think I would have been more "into it" if the uke didn't look like he was 12, even AFTER graduation. Loved the sister... You go Big Sis!!
