she was originally seienna, but due to some enemies (the cliche thing) she was sent to the modern world and someone took over her original body (more like possessed?). i think her brothers and grandfather did care for her, but she hurt them oftenly (? so everyone kinda held a grudge against her (noticeably from gawain)
then her modern world body, sena, died so she came back.
