Not really, I have two siblings an older brother and a Lil sister. I'm the middle child, so my mom semi-shows me a little more affection because middle children don't usually get affection and are forced to grow up faster. I did too, but not as much as other middle children because my mom showed me the love that my other family members couldn't. That's what Mu was trying to do, to make her seem apart of the family. He was showing her the affection he knew they wouldn't give her. The other girl she was just spoiled ma'am.

Not the OP but I have 3 siblings and I'm the eldest. It's not that there are favorites, it's just that there are kids who need more attention. But that doesn't mean you wont give others attention because all of them need it to be able to grow properly. That's what my mom used to tell me. And I understand it now that I've grown up and my last 2 siblings are more than a decade younger than me. The youngest is the rebellious type, hates following the rules but his older bro is sensible and knows what's right and wrong from a young age. I love them both equally but I have to look out more for the younger because he always gets himself into diff kinds of trouble. But like what I said, I never forget to ask him if he needs anything and I still play with him.

I don't have siblings, but what did you guys think of Brother Mu? Not excusing any of the sister's fucked up schemes, but seeing how the bro treated her did make me feel a bit for her.
