I get where you’re coming from, but to be fair, they weren’t even in a desperate situation where they needed to kill a person. But if their points get too low, I doubt they will continue to kill bugs
U saw how everyone reacts, what happens when they run into a group of ppl with high points counts, or a single person with an incredibly high point count. You cant protect anyone if you week so it's best to gain strength. That's how the animal kingdom works and it's how it will always work.
