You had me at the first half

I will offend you. As much as you love this, it's only frustrating and hateful because its plot revolves around a blind and deaf couple being deceived by the people around them. It makes disabled people play in the palms of two self-centered "lovers" who could use Min's and Sori's disability to possess them for themselves.

1. The plot forces Min and Sori to be unable to see and hear. Min couldn't see Sori's love because that assistant kept lying. Sori couldn't hear Min's love because all others deceived her to stay away from him.
2. I am no longer made to cry because I am aware of how closed and intentional the plot is. I can predict that no matter how much they try to love each other, there will always be something interfering, it's not even their disability anymore.
3. FLAT CHARACTERS. ep 82 is the best effort the author can do to redeem the characters that made Min and Sori suffer needlessly. Hyungnim is even made a fool in those short panels of being supposedly married with a child. The secretary just kept spoiling the president until the end. Pfft. She went along the president's will and only when Sori was really at lost that the secretary finally did something to help her.
4. I don't even understand if it's just Min's death that was made for a drama because if it ended there, everything would make more sense. Instead, I'm given this vague idea of what really happened. What, did that coldhearted president actually send Min abroad when the assistant and Hyungnim begged him to help Min? Did the extravagant attempt to redeem characters to make Min and Sori meet just a drama?
5. The whole thing is tragic. In my mind, Min really died and you know what killed him? The fcking assistant who said she'll love him but merely induced more stress for making him think that Sori is better off without him. The fcking president who only wants to possess Sori and wouldn't help him for Sori's sake. That sentimental president's secretary who could only pity Sori's attempts to help Min thru surgery.

No. Episode 82 is a lie. It's not even enough to redeem whatever hell it was that Min and Sori had to suffer from.

I'll offend you more because Nanohana Boys empowered its disabled characters instead of using it as tragic element to make them suffer more.

I am not offended, i liked your points. I liked the manga as well.

I believe in happy endings than crueler realities. The fact thet got through hardships is enough accomplishments for them to just be.. Happy and live their life... (●'◡'●)ノ

all the manipulation continue. the best u have is like way wayyyyy to the end where the blind guy just goes away and chooses to die at the top of the mountain and suddenly everyone is so guilty (the secretary of the president, the president, and the assistant). it gets senti like the deaf girl finds him and cries at his feet. then viola, a weird plot twist where the blind guy is actually alive and the president sent him abroad to cure his blindness. (if ure okay with that kind of ending, go ahead.)

the girl is deaf tho but the piano lessons are kinda her efforts to at least "say" something to her husband, like a gift for him. that's how the secretary knew more abouthe deaf girl and felt pity towards her. (but she doesn't even act on it until things went south)
