well unrequited love is hard to deal with and not everybody deals with it the same way but just try to imagine how you're madly in love for 10 years I mean 10 years and by the way not everybody who's in love thinks about the happiness of their loved ones first... it's kinda cruel saying it like that but it's true and hey I kinda went crazy and did stupid things after only half a year of unrequited love
loving is not only about desire lust and wanting to share everything but also wanting to look the best right so I kinda thought too that Saita (is that his name?)behaves in a stupid way
the thing is we never get to know something about him and how he thinks (well a little) but there's a high possibility (to me) that he never had the possibility to learn about tender loving and he's actually doing a hella good job on not forcing his feelings onto Chisato

Mainly I have an issue with the fact that he slept with Chisato's underage brother. That's illegal. :) It would have been a whole different matter if Kanae slept around with other people his age, even while in an unrequited love, and kept his hands off the boy. If my long-time friend who was now an adult, slept with my younger sister who was in middle school, I'd be furious. It wouldn't matter if they had an unrequited love for me, that's no excuse.
Totally agree with you, Kanae was a fucking scum, and if I had been Chisato, I would punched him inthe nuts till they turned into a vagina. What a fucking creep. He is only lucky that Takashi didn't end up super messed up mentally, and saw it as playing around.
You're Chisato. Now ask yourself something: If you just find out that the man who's been in love with you for so many years has been fucking your younger brother - since he was in JUNIOR HIGH, as a replacement for you, would you be okay with that?
That just pissed me off to no end. And what made it worse, Masaki, who KNEW that Kanae loved Chisato the whole friggin' time, treated it like it was no big deal. Really, people.
