I'm pretty sure someone is going to try to kill Moon and the King will use his body to block it and die in the process, and while he's dying he'll tell Dana to live happily with Moon.

It absolves the problematic setup, and I bet that's what's going to happen. Everybody's love interest lives and they live happily ever after.

I fucking hate this possible ending too.

I will too hate it if moon had to die but this seems to be a very possible ending as although the story overall is good the character and how some part of the story goes is quite cliche and definitely will hate it. Just unfair for the king as he had to be the one who have to die since we can't have our ml dying or moon cause like he got dana? Surprise after all the betray he still want her. SMH

I'd be pleasantly surprised if Dana dies and the brothers don't have to fight for her affections. Orr.... if Dana finally finds the courage to let Moon choose the life that he wants and not beg him to be with her, we all know Moon will say yes to Dana, but honestly I can see it as a very toxic relationship what with Dana being too dependent on his man. I bet you if Moon dies the next day, she'll be okay with being married off again... she'll be sad, yes, but she'll be too fragile or shell shocked and become an invalid instead of living for herself.

She had so much potential to become a badass empress, such a waste.

Agreed, honestly I really hope this kind of ridiculous fighting over a girl cliche doesn't happen. To be frank, she isn't really worth fighting for, instead rather than the king fighting for her, he should find a girl who is strong, kind and someone who is emotionally mature, not someone who is even in a worse state than him and doesn't want to help herself until the love of her life comes in to picture. Sad for both (dana and king) for their past but at least king seem to be the one is actually making progress with his life and certainly way more independent than her. Honestly moon and dana relationship in my opinion is quite toxic with moon doing anything for dana while she mainly cares about what she wants only.

Agree on all your point. Imagine if Dana and Moon had a child and Moon suddenly dies, Dana would probably break down and won't be able to care for herself much less her child.
