I think this particular scene is development. We see nakyum giving in (just giving up. Like as in give up. He's just doing as he's told now. Lifeless obedience). And then we have Seungho questioning (albeit probs himself) why he's actually doing this. His monolog seems to be directed at himself. Convincing himself that hes keeping Nakyum by his side for the sex and nothing else.
Agreed would like to see the guy that was hired to kill nakyum appear or see seungho family situation and seeking comfort by nakyum (づ￣ ³￣)づ

getting a little tired of the same forced sex scenes? I mean I get this is smut (and I like it) but it's been become repetitive. I need a bit of development on their relationship or more characters, something different.
