No actually fire scene happened w him before they met, when they meet her was already suffering from amnesia, this was the only reason why sihoo said to yesung that he should not be more kind to him, eventually he'll forget teasing because of his amnesia. And also because the red guy knew his situation that siho frequently went to hospital for his checkups, he started the rumors about him being mental and gay. But after yesung convinced siho that he'll come back to him even if he forget and he deserves to be happy as well, he gave in. But I guess something triggered his amnesia again, and he suddenly after waking up one morning forgot everything again. And then yesung after some time met him at cafe.
