It’s definitely possible he has a twin and he responded to the name because he knew he was getting his brother into a misunderstanding. However, that gasp and the sweat drip is definitely making me question if he has one or not

It’s possible that it could be a twin but why would he turn and respond to that name if it wasn’t his name? Also he looked really guilty (he had that sweat drip ya know) when he turned around. Ugh... hope he throws another slap at him though >:)
