I never let anyone know how much time i spend on my phone. even if they see it with their own eyes i deny it. people will never leave you alone for phone usage fyi, so id suggest just not telling people. I will admit tho, spending most of your day on the internet does often lead to depression. maybe something to keep in mind

Soo, this quarantine is long and i do my homeworks sometimes and sometimes i dont do it, i mean i live in a boarding school but i got home for the quarantine, so i started to laze around cuz its not always i get play with my phone for hours cuz at my school smartphones are not allowed.... Soo my sis said i was being very useless, and i was like so what its my life its not like im not doing classes, and she and i got into a fight where she wants to confiscate my phone and i dont want to give it to her so in short i cant really tell anyone cuz its a petty argument and no one will listen to me. Im feeling suicidal and hostile for a very petty reason. Im crying while writing this. Glad its out ig.
