    Hmm grooming from who? Al? Not exactly because the MC has always had feelings for him. The reason why she tries not to reciprocate his feelings are for a couple reasons:

    1. she wished for him to end up with the mc from the novel since she thought that would happen if the curse was broken.
    2. because she doesn't want to ruin his status for him falling in love and marrying her.

    So I wouldn't classify what he's doing as grooming he's just very forward in his love.

    Bro are you serious ? Its pretty obvious that the female lead has no intention of such with the male lead . She genuinely cares for him to an extent where she refuse all his advances. Grooming is the other way around. We'd really appreciate if you research about the word first .
