She doesnt know that she has healing abilities. What she does know is that she can foresee the future and that is where she saw the future where someone told her that she has no magic and she cant be a heir to their household or she cant be a sword for the royal family's successor.
That is why she's trying to run away so that no more conflict will arise after finding out she cant be an heir or sword when the said time.

But wouldn't conflict be avoided if she just stepped down from the roles or become passive when that time comes? Or is it less simple than what I make it seem. I'm assuming it's more difficult.
Its because in her family’s rules of succession the first child HAS to be the successor no matter the gender. And even if she steps down there will still be a faction supporting her while another supporting her brother which may cause war or internal conflict.

I'm confused? Maybe I missed something... idk. Why is it that she absolutely HAS to run away? If it's because her brother challenges her as a better heir, and that breaks out into a deathly power struggle (?), then why can't she simply step down when the time comes for that? She's a part of a duke household, and her family dotes on her, they'll take care of her. I dont understaand.
