Isn't it because somebody plotted against her back in Arcus and sealed her powers? She can't access her full powers yet so she'll just be in danger if she goes back while she's still stuck in the form of a child.. (⊙_⊙ )

I think she will return in the future when she older and has all her powers back. She would be stupid for her to return now because she doesn’t know who did this to her and if whoever did this to her find out she alive their gonna kill her and it will be really easy with the form she’s in now. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
