I’m pretty sure incest is legal in Japan as long as it’s between two consenting adults. That’s why you’ll find a lot of Brother x Brother or Cousin x Cousin mangas on this website. It depends on where you come from and where you stand on the topic. You should avoid any one that has the incest tag because I guarantee some are 100 times worse.
Chapter 5 and 6 had a cute couple that wasn’t incest so you should read those

I wasn't able to finish the whole manga thing. The fact the he was his cousin was too much for me, plus other reasons...I can understand why people would like this tho. Just not my style. So if Ur feeling adventurous, go a head and try it out.
But remember, never get into a relationship like that with ANYONE in Ur family, but if Ur being harassed by a family member- you need to report them, reach out to someone.
