Still doesnt sit right with me. Why is it easy to cast off men as already jerks to begin with and giving them a light sentence for their actions. Why cant we teach our sons to not be jerks to begin with. Society holds women up to very high standards of sexuality that men cant or dont plan to follow the same.

Thats not true. there is basic human decency. Saying that is just making excuse that men will be men. If you want your daughters to value virginity then also teach your sons to do so as well. For me, virginity is a choice and its fine as long as you do it safely and with protection.

Since I'm someone who really values virginity and really not value sleeping around, I feel offended when someone who can hold her virginity that long discarded it just like that. It suppose to be with someone special (or someone that is your husband).

Im just saying, just cos u value virginity doesnt mean it makes it okay to dictate what other do with their life. You may think virginity is so holy etc but to another, its just imaginary eg.
