(づ￣ ³￣)づ this is a guess, i just tried to find out right now but since I haven't tried it yet, i could be giving you the wrong info since i am noob as well:
Click on a "people are sharing things" question, scroll down until you see "more questions" (link in purple, it should be on the right side underneath the "all questions about things") and click on that, then on the right side, there is a "ask question" button. The format looks different as to this section comments so I am assuming that is for the section of questions you want
forgot to mention, u can only see the "ppl are sharing things" when clicking on any manga

I tried things out and I'm not sure but when I was browsing with the things you guys mentioned (I used a desktop version on my mobile to see things better lol), I hapoen to find this share a "Thing" of some sort. I think that's how to do it. Haven't tried it though since idk what to say lol
