More than likely yea, I'm sure theyll do a spell to make sure or even check if he can. Though maybe that'll be apart of this legend they keep hinting at, then he and Caius will have to figure out how it worked for that couple. Many possibilities to go with in a fantasy world. My own theory is it will be magic based to keep him safe during the birth and as he holds it.

That's possible aswell, itll probably grow beyond a normal dwarf but still be dwarf with titan growth spurt. Since Koichi is apparently a giant in human terms, his kidll just go farther then that. Lol tbh any one of these routes is likely (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I'm gonna take huge assumptions here until we see an actual titan baby but I believe he could survive and have one safely. We saw a normal 10 year old titan was the same size as Koichi and assuming that's average a baby would probably be about the size if his calf or smaller. Then you'd have to add the fact it will have dwarf genetics cuz Koichi. So possibly half that or at least make that significantly smaller, so his stomach would stretch to possibly the size of having twins except it's just his 1 titan baby. Gotta realize also people have had triplets and more as well so the stomach can stretch but safe to assume he can have at least 1 baby at a time at least. Tho the dwarf genetics will def play a part in it that or magic, everything works with magic lmao. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
