While it looks illegal now in the future it wouldn't be that of a big deal if they get together i feel like their age difference is at least only about 8 yrs. Other mangas have about 15-20 yrs gap so i think this is fine. The only worry is whether kei-kun's view if he thinks it us just a passing puppy love in the future or will he still like his nii-chan.
