It’s been a long time since I read it, so I don’t know anything about the plot anymore. I think there was quite the age gap between the uke and the seme, seme had probably glasses (like in punch up). I only have a screenshot of one page. There is the same scan logo as in “Hana no Mizu Shiru” ch 9 pg 40. The (young) protagonist is sleeping on the sofa of the way older seme. The seme is coming out of the bathroom after a shower. I think that the landscape of the little town was mentioned quite often and also the grandpa of the uke (?).
