Well i will talk about all the story till now so don't read this if you don't want any spoilers.
I just read this and now i am really frustrated. I am the same as you. I don't like triangles at all. And at the beginning it isn't triangle and i liked it a lot.
Red haired guy wants to learn about gay relationship and tease a teacher (MC) who is a popular seme in gay bar at night. Little by little he made him change his mind and eventually mc start to have feeling for red guy and dont mind being a uke and want to try dating him. (They didnt have sex yet) I really liked how flustered mc was each time red guy teased him.
The problem is that the red-haired guy is presented as the seme at first and i started to ship him with mc. And when i start to ship i generally don't change my mind later. I never ship mc with a side character. HOWEVER, SUDDENDLY JUST LIKE THAT when mc would have finally confessed to red guy, a little american boy spawn like a fuking pokemon... and red haired guy acted like an asshole and give up on our new little uke because he was actually in love with little boy who just return from america.
And then a kind gray haired guy pop up too and became the new seme. He was for a very long time in love with mc but never hit on him till now because he thought that mc was a seme. They started doing dating thing they even tried sex but mc couldnt give his ass virginity. Even though they continue to see each other.
I looked at the raw so i am not sure (Dont read if you don t want spoil from raw) but it seems that red guy realized that he had real feelings for mc and ask him to have sex. So they had sex but then mc told red guy to never see him again.
So first red haired seme disapeared just like that. And it seems in the raw that mc is currently dating gray guy and finally had sex with him after confessing to him.
SO, i find it really frustrating because it seems gray haired is the real seme but he is not in the story at first and he is not the reason why seme turned uke either. He was just someone who waited for seme and had his chance when mc was hurt by red guy.
So if you are like me dont get attached to red guy.

I hate love triangles

Just want to ask though, will the red guy be gone forever? Me too, I hate love triangles and I want the uke to be with someone who geniunely love him.

I just read the raw on mangago and for the moment it seems that red guy is gone and wont come back. But maybe he will. I dont know if there are other raws on other websites.
